Job Description


A full sales cycle Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from the time they are given a lead or demo, to the closing of that opportunity. Full Sales Cycle Account Executives will be responsible for developing additional pipelines in asking for referrals from the current leads they are assigned and will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities as well.


Responsibilities

  • Successfully close new business through marketing generated opportunities.
  • Create new sales opportunities by asking for referrals & prospecting new opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Keep organized and detailed records of sales and data
  • Use Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports
  • Establish methods to articulate and sell the Elements technology.
  • Participate in regular company and team meetings to share AE progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
  • Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year in Sales closing or SDR experience
  • Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals
  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
  • Proficient with Salesforce, calling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Must live in the Wasatch Front and be willing to commute periodically
